
Casey is a Registered Dietitian who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Oregon State University and completed her dietetic internship at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). As a nutrition expert, Casey is passionate about helping individuals build sustainable nutrition habits through personalized nutrition counseling that is evidence-based and tailored to their unique health needs.
She works with clients across the lifespan, from young adults to older adults, providing practical nutrition education that considers each person's dietary concerns, lifestyle, and goals. Casey believes that lasting change in health, particularly in chronic disease management, comes from realistic, individualized recommendations that fit into everyday life.
Casey has extensive experience helping individuals develop a healthier relationship with food and their bodies, focusing on areas such as eating disorders, disordered eating, intuitive eating, weight management, diabetes, celiac disease, gluten intolerance, and overall health and wellness. She previously worked at the University of Oregon at their Health Center, where she primarily focused on eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image issues.
In addition to one-on-one personalized nutrition counseling, Casey also provides group education, wellness workshops, and community presentations tailored to a variety of audiences.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, practicing jiu-jitsu, playing soccer, and taking road trip adventures with her family.

Lauren Morrison Burns is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who specializes in Medical Nutrition Therapy, personalized nutrition counseling, and group education for chronic disease management. Her expertise encompasses diabetes care—covering prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, and gestational diabetes—as well as cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, along with oncology nutrition.
A graduate of Bastyr University, Lauren adopts an integrative, whole-food approach to nutrition, assisting clients in improving their health through evidence-based care tailored to their individual needs. She completed her dietetic internship at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), where she received advanced training in nutrition-focused physical examinations, rural healthcare, and eating disorder treatment.
Lauren believes that nutrition encompasses more than just food choices and collaborates with clients to delve into both the 'what' (nutritional intake) and the 'why' (their relationship with food). Passionate about providing practical nutrition education and effective therapeutic nutrition strategies, she empowers individuals to confidently manage chronic health conditions. With her systems thinking perspective, honed by her background in retail grocery, food systems, and regenerative agriculture, Lauren is committed to helping clients discover realistic and sustainable nutrition solutions that benefit both personal health and community well-being.

Jule is a Registered Dietitian who believes that nutrition should support the life you want to live—not become the center of it. Her goal is to help clients use food as a tool for chronic disease management and overall wellness, enabling them to focus on the activities, relationships, and experiences that matter most.
Jule enjoys providing personalized nutrition counseling to individuals facing a wide range of nutrition concerns, including building a healthier relationship with food, addressing weight concerns, and women’s health. She takes a compassionate, personalized approach, recognizing that sustainable nutrition changes are built around each person's unique lifestyle, values, and goals.
Jule earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Metropolitan State University of Denver and completed her year-long dietetic internship at Massachusetts General Hospital. Her passion for nutrition began through her love of plants, nurtured by creating a student community garden during college and completing a 12-month program in herbal medicine and holistic nutrition. Her diverse professional experiences, including work in hospitals, commercial kitchens, an apothecary, and community gardens, have shaped her practical, whole-person approach to nutrition counseling.
Outside of work, Jule enjoys listening to and playing live music, gardening, skiing, hiking, fly-fishing, crocheting, and sharing her many hobbies with her children.
